GodlyMoney Institute Inc. ("Godly Money", "we") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This policy explains what information we collect on godlymoney.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Email address — when you sign up for our free email course, newsletter, or quiz results. Signup is always explicit; we never enroll you without your action.
- Quiz answers and results — used only to personalize the content we send you.
- Usage analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
- Email engagement — whether an email we sent was delivered, opened, or had a link clicked. We use it to see which lessons help people and which ones lose them.
How we use it
- To deliver the email course and newsletter you requested.
- To improve our educational content.
- To measure the effectiveness of our nonprofit outreach, including Google Ad Grants campaigns.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We do not share your email with third parties for their marketing.
- We do not run advertising or affiliate links on this website.
Email service
Our emails are delivered through a third-party email service provider that stores your email address and subscription preferences on our behalf. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Our emails include a small invisible image and links that pass through our email provider, so we can count opens and clicks. We use those counts to improve the lessons — never to build a profile of you or to sell anything. Many mail apps block the image or load it automatically, so these numbers are rough by design. Turning off automatic image loading in your mail app stops open tracking; the unsubscribe link always works either way.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. To request deletion of your data, email support@godlymoney.com and we will remove it.
